Ingredients
200g feta cheese
4 cloves garlic (skin on)
30 cherry tomatoes
4 Tbsp olive oil
50g sour cream (24% fat)
24 mixed olives
12 caper berries
2 tsp dried thyme
1 tsp dried rosemary
2 tsp mayoran
salt, pepper
6 slices ciabatta
Method

Place the feta, the cherry tomatoes and the garlic on an oventray and sprinkle the olive oil over.
Bake at 200°C until the feta gets slightly brown on top and the tomatoes get slightly black. That should take around 30 - 40 minutes.
Take the skin off the garlic and smash it into a fine paste.
Mix the garlic paste, the melted feta and the sour cream in a bowl to a homogeneous paste.
Season the feta paste with the thyme, rosemary and mayoran and give it a mix.
If needed season additionally with salt and pepper.
Place the tomatoes and the feta paste in the fridge to chill.
Once you're ready to serve this starter, take the ciabatta slices and spread the feta cream and top each slice with 5 tomatoes, 4 olives and 2 caper berries.
Drizzle some olive oil over and that's it!
