Grilled Chicken Breast
Very easy and very tender grilled chicken!

Ingredients
400g chicken breast
1 tsp ground coriander
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp smoked paprika
1 tsp tumeric
10g runny honey
15g soy sauce
2 Tbsp lemon juice
1 dried red chili
1 Tbsp peanut oil
Salt
Method

Cut the chicken in at the top side every 7 mm
Marinade the chicken for at least 4 hours. Best is over night.
Put the grill on medium heat and grill the chicken first on the side with the cuts for 8 minutes. Then turn around and grill for another 8 minutes. Or use a thermometer and grill until 72°C core temperature.
Good to know
Next time: Do marinade and grilling as described. 74°C core temperature was a little too much
