Baked beans in tomato sauce

Finely chop the onion and the garlic
Put a small pot on medium to high heat and add some olive oil
Fry the onions and garlic until translucent. Don't let the garlic get to brown.
Add the tomato paste and mix it with the onion and the garlic and let it fry for 2 minutes
Add the broth and clean the pot off.
Reduce the heat to medium-low and add the tomato puree
Season with rosemary parsley, salt and pepper
If you like the sauce a little bit sweeter, add some sugar

For all the rest

Cut the mushrooms in quarters
Put a big pan on medium - high heat
Add some olive oil and fry the mushrooms
Once the mushrooms are nicely fried, season with salt pepper and parsley
Take the mushrooms out of the pan and put the pan back on
Cut the tomato in half and place face down into the pan
Add your sausages into the pan as well and let them fry from all sides
Put another small pan on medium - low heat and add the eggs in, so that the egg yolks don't break
Move the tomato and sausages to the side in the pan and add the bacon
Let the bacon get a little bit crispy from both sides and then move to the side of the pan as well
Add the mushrooms back into the pan and reduce the heat to low. It only needs to stays warm
The sunny side eggs are done, once the egg white is firm, but the egg yolk still moves when you push the pan
Put the toast into a toaster and start serving
Divide the baked beans by two and place in small bowl and place on a plate
Serve the other ingredients around the bowls on the plates
Once the toast is brown, add some butter on it and cut diagonally
